Look at this creative way a Thrift Shop customer re-used tea cups she bought at the shop! Here's what she said:
"These tea cup sculptures made the perfect centerpieces for my tea party bridal shower! I used some heavy duty glue to stick the tea cups together in a whimsical way! I put flowers in the top cup, but they also make adorable jewelry holders! I was so pleased with how they turned out & they were a hit with everyone at the party!"

Assistance League Volunteers Fill Backpacks of Food for Families!
Members of Assistance League meet each week to fill 80 backpacks with nourishing food for needy families in Minneapolis. The backpacks have enough food for one adult and three children for one weekend. Many families would not have much to eat without these backpacks of donated food items such as canned fruits & vegetables, pasta, and bread. Learn more about Assistance League programs at:

QUALITY DONATIONS NEEDED!
The Thrift Shop is in need of consignment quality housewares, kitchen items, clothing, and furniture. If you or someone you know will be moving or downsizing, please consider donating the items to the Assistance League Thrift Shop any day of the week except Sundays and Mondays during regular store hours.
We appreciate any cleaned items in usable condition. Dishes, pots, pans, glasses, bowls, artwork, books, women's and men's clothing in all sizes are some of the items needed. Thank you for considering the Thrift Shop. Be sure to pick up a Tax Receipt from an Assistance League volunteer.
